Corris and the Dyfi Valley area of Mid and North wales has a lot to offer musically. There are two annual Music and Beer Festivals in Corris. In February there is a Beer Festival with Music and in September there is a Music Festival with Beer both hosetd by the Braich Goch Bunkhouse and Inn but some events do take place in other venues throughout the village.

Machynlleth holds a number of events throughout the year with the Machynlleth festival, held in August each year being ther most prominant.

Although many performermers are from all parts of the UK, there are an abundance of local singers, songwriters, musicians, choirs, bands etc. living and performing in the catchment 0f the Dyfi Valley, South Snowdonia and the villages of Corris, Aberllyfenni, Ceinws, Pantperthog and Corris Uchaf.
